Bonds breaks Hank Aaron's HR Record!

Congratulations to Barry Bonds on his historic HR. I'm not going to debate if I think he's "clean" or not. For right now, I will pay my respect as I watch the greatest record in sports being broken.

No Mood!

Twins lost yesterday, 5-1 to the Kansas City Royals. And again, the offense could only score once despite having 3 doubles and again the strong starting pitching was wasted. Boof Bonser didn't pitch a great game, but he still wasn't at fault for this loss. The offense needs to score more than 1 run if they expect to win a game.

The Twins won 1-0 on Saturday, the were shutout on Monday, and Tuesday they again only scored 1 run. This loss drops the Twins to 6 games behind the AL Central Division leading Detroit Tigers.

I'm not really in the mood to talk about the Twins struggles for what feels like a month now this morning. Last nights game was another pathetic loss the Twins can add to their loss column. I will give a game ball with only two positives in the game was Justin Morneau finally getting out of an 0-17 slump with 2 doubles. Luis Rodriguez was also a positive with Brian Buscher now out of the lineup indefinitely with an "infected leg."
